Ozone generators
AV Sanification is a company specializing in the design and production of professional ozone generators and related accessories for sanitation and deodorization of environments, furnishings, systems, equipment and objects of common use. It is the only company in Italy to produce generators for sanitizing clothes, furnishings, equipment and objects using the negative pressure ozonation technique, with an exclusive technology specially developed by its technicians. It boasts numerous partnerships with large Italian companies for the design of integrated applications and for the production of exclusive and / or branded equipment and for the automated sanitation of special environments (e.g. clean rooms, production / storage environments, operating theaters, schools etc. ) with the possibility of remote control via app and IOT.
All AV Sanification generators are designed and manufactured in Italy at our factories and are backed by the factory warranty valid for 12 months which involves, in case of failure, the replacement within 10 working days with a new device. The warranty can be extended on request and technical assistance and maintenance is available.
All devices are CE marked and comply with the following European directives:

AV Sanification is a member of EUO3TA – European Ozone Trade Association – the European Association of Ozone Manufacturers.

These portable and robust generators are comfortable to handle thanks to their ultra-light weight and suitable for daily sanitisation in medium-large and large environments (up to 1,000 m³).

Thanks to AV Sanification’s innovative technology, the Smart series generators use the power of ozone in a vacuum environment for a deep and lasting sanitisation of furnishings and fabric furnishings such as mattresses, cushions, sofas, armchairs, carpets, etc. The generators are equipped with an advanced on-board computer that manages all phases of the sanitisation cycle and residual ozone abatement through special filters for immediate use of treated objects. These generators can also be used for sanitising and deodorising environments.
AV OZONE SYSTEM SMART 2.0 2M
Professional ozone generator with a production capacity of 6 g/h for sanitising environments and furniture and furnishings with negative pressure technology. It is equipped with two delivery channels controlled by solenoid valves for simultaneous use on different furnishings or objects. It is equipped with an internal computer that automatically calculates the ozone delivery time and manages all phases of vacuum sanitisation and catalytic filters for residual ozone abatement and the immediate use of sanitised objects.

Professional ozone generator with a production capacity of 6 g/h for sanitising environments and furniture and furnishings with negative pressure technology. The AV Ozone Box 2.0 is for sanitisation and deodorisation cabin to hold different kinds of items such as clothing, shoes, pillows, blankets, pushchairs, helmets, masks, toys, soft toys and any other daily-use item. It is also available in the AV Ozone Sani X 2.0 version, specifically designed for the sanitisation of X-ray protective clothing in hospitals (leaded gowns, collars etc.) and the AV Ozone System Box 3.0 equipped with specific equipment and accessories for professional use in the healthcare sector such as the clear identification of treated products, the tracking of completed operations and an integrated printer for the immediate printing of the certified treatment report.

Professional box for the sanitisation and deodorisation of large negative pressure ozone that can hold possible to insert objects of different types of hospital items, such as medical aids (stretchers, wheelchairs, entire beds including anti-decubitus equipment), furnishings, equipment and medical devices, etc. The device is equipped with cutting-edge technological equipment to ensure the safe use and maximum treatment effectiveness, as well as to ensure the timely tracking and certification of completed treatments for each individual sanitised item.
